What are the Hand Rankings For Exchange Poker?

Rank Hand Description
1 Royal flush 10-J-Q-K-A of same suit.
2 Straight flush Five consecutive cards of same suit. If more than one hand has a straight flush, the hand with the highest card wins (ace highest).
3 Four-of-a-kind Four cards of same value. If more than one hand has a four-of-a-kind, the hand with the highest value cards wins.
4 Full house Three-of-a-kind and pair. If more than one hand has a full house, the full house with the highest ranking three-of-a-kind wins.
5 Flush Five cards of same suit. If more than one hand has a flush, the hand with the highest card(s) wins.
6 Straight Five consecutive cards. An Ace can be used in the highest straight (10-J-Q-K-A) and the lowest straight (A-2-3-4-5).
7 Three-of-a-kind Three cards of same value. If more than one hand has a three-of-a-kind, the hand with the highest value cards wins.
8 Two pair Pair of one value and second pair of different value. If two hands have the same high pair, the hand with the highest second pair wins. If they have the same two pair, the hand with the highest fifth card (‘kicker’) wins.
9 One Pair Two cards of same value. If two hands have the same pair, the highest outside card(s) wins.
10 No pair The hand with the highest card(s) wins.
